About Pack 506!!
In 2011, Pack 506 celebrated its 45th birthday. Our long standing pack was first chartered through the Greendale School District. Today, our pack is chartered through the Greendale Middle School PTO. Pack 506 serves as a feeder pack to Boy Scout Troop 506.
Pack 506 is a great place to experience cub scouting and all it has to offer. Strong leadership and parental support are the key components to our success. Our pack is financially self-sufficient and stable due to our fundraising efforts.
Fun and excitement are an integral part of cub scouting. Boys will be challenged at each level to grow physically, emotionally, and spiritually. They will be challenged to become better citizens. Cub Scouting teaches respect and character development.
Cub Scouting also emphasizes the area of service. Boys will learn that they are part of a larger community. They will also learn how to give back to their community and serve those in need through a variety of service projects.
We welcome any boy in grades 1 through 5 to join the Cub Scout adventure. Join us at a pack or den meeting or call a member of the leadership team. Together we will make scouting a great experience for both the boys and their families!
